1. Scope

Gatewazer Ltd manufactures and supplies glycols, flavor inputs, and nicotine for lawful business programs. Materials are released against agreed specifications with batch documentation. Customers remain responsible for finished-product compliance in their target markets.

2. Quality management

Our operations are designed around documented specifications, controlled changes, and lot release testing. Depending on material and market, programs may align with:

  • ISO 9001:2015 quality management principles
  • GMP-oriented controls where applicable to excipient supply
  • HACCP discipline for food-contact flavor routes

Certificates and audit reports are shared under confidentiality during supplier qualification — not as generic public downloads. We do not state certificate numbers on this draft page.

3. Tobacco Products Directive and nicotine

Nicotine and nicotine-containing intermediates are supplied only to B2B customers with declared lawful end uses. Customers placing finished products on the EU market remain responsible for Tobacco Products Directive notifications, emissions reporting, and labeling.

We provide documentation intended to support your dossier and intake processes; we do not file notifications on your behalf unless expressly agreed in writing for a defined service.

4. Age restriction and business verification

Products are not offered to consumers or minors. Access to restricted product information may require corporate email verification and confirmation of business status. We may decline access where identity or intended use cannot be verified to our reasonable satisfaction.

5. Documentation availability

For qualified programs we issue, as applicable:

  • Certificates of analysis per released lot
  • Safety data sheets for hazardous materials
  • Specification sheets and change-control notices
  • Regulatory statements aligned to agreed markets

6. Lawful B2B use only

Customers warrant that they will use materials only for lawful manufacturing or distribution and will not divert product to prohibited channels. We may suspend supply if we become aware of credible evidence of unlawful use or sanctions risk inconsistent with our export policy.

7. No medical or consumer claims

Materials are industrial and formulation inputs. We make no claim that products treat or prevent disease. Marketing of finished goods to consumers is solely the responsibility of the brand owner or notifier.

8. Product changes and market surveillance

Specification revisions are communicated to approved customers within agreed notice periods. Customers should maintain change impact assessments for their formulations and notifications when inputs change.
